1. Service Description
NextPlay is an AI-powered recruiting assistance platform for student-athletes and their families. The service includes:
- ▸AI-generated outreach emails to college coaches
- ▸School pipeline management and follow-up scheduling
- ▸N.I.K.K.I. — an AI voice and SMS recruiting assistant
- ▸Google Calendar and Gmail integration
- ▸Recruiting stats tracking and reporting
By creating an account and using NextPlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NextPlay. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.
NextPlay is intended for individual student-athletes and their families. You may not use NextPlay on behalf of a recruiting service, agency, or third party without our written consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ▸The accuracy of the information you enter into your profile
- ▸Reviewing and approving any AI-generated emails before they are sent
- ▸Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- ▸All activity that occurs under your account
- ▸Ensuring emails sent through NextPlay comply with applicable laws and NCAA/NAIA recruiting rules
You agree not to use NextPlay to send spam, harassing communications, or content that is false, misleading, or violates any law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Payment Terms
NextPlay is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing tiers are:

$49/mo
Full AI outreach automation and sequence management
Elite
$75/mo
Unlimited sequences, N.I.K.K.I. voice & SMS, priority support
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to current subscribers.
Payments are processed through our payment provider. NextPlay does not store your payment card information.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to NextPlay until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
If you cancel, your account data is retained for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing your history. After 90 days, inactive accounts may be permanently deleted.
6. No Guarantee of Recruiting Outcomes
NextPlay is a tool to assist your recruiting process — not a guarantee of any result.
We cannot guarantee that using NextPlay will result in college offers, scholarship awards, coach responses, roster spots, or any other recruiting outcome. College recruiting depends on athletic ability, academic performance, school fit, roster needs, coach decisions, and many factors entirely outside our control.
AI-generated email content is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all communications before they are sent. NextPlay is not responsible for the content of emails sent through your account.
7. Intellectual Property
NextPlay and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NextPlay Stars LLC and are protected by copyright law.
You retain ownership of the content you create (your profile information, custom email edits, etc.). By using NextPlay, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
NextPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextPlay Stars LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of NextPlay — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of NextPlay after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
